Welcome to Moves (the “Platform”), which is provided by Movez Technologies Inc. in the United States (collectively referred to as “Moves,” “we,” or “us”).

You are reading the terms of service (the “Terms”), which govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you and us. These Terms set forth the conditions by which you may access and use the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the “Services”). Access to certain Services or features of the Services (such as submitting or sharing User Content) may be subject to age restrictions and not available to all users.

Our Services are provided for private, non-commercial use. For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you as the user of the Services.

The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please ensure that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

You can accept the Terms by accessing or using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for instance, when we update the functionality of our Services, combine multiple apps, or adapt to regulatory changes. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms through a notice on our Platform or other appropriate means. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the effective date of the latest Terms. Your continued access or use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services.

If you wish to delete your account, contact us at support@movesapp.io. Deletion is permanent, and you will not be able to recover any data or content.

5. Your Access to and Use of Our Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Reverse-engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Services. Using the Services for commercial purposes without our express consent. Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Services. Uploading malicious software or harmful content. Violating any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or its users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and intellectual property associated with the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software (the “Moves Content”), is owned or licensed by Moves. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Moves Content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Moves Content without prior written permission from us or our licensors.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may upload, post, or share content through the Services, including text, images, videos, and other media (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Moves a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to share any User Content and that it complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moves, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, operate uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moves is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
